The Tailor's Eye

"Every gentleman deserves a suit that feels like a second skin. The cloth may be the finest in the world, the cut the most considered — yet without fit, it falls flat."

Prologue

A Second Skin

At Gulati Bespoke, we believe every gentleman deserves a suit that feels like a second skin. Whether drawn from our entry collection or our most luxurious mills — Loro Piana, Dormeuil, Holland & Sherry — the key element is always the same: fit. Even the finest cloth or the most fashionable cut falls flat without it.

Too often, we meet clients who have spent generously at distinguished boutiques, only to leave with garments that hang shapelessly, taper incorrectly, or sit like a box. That is precisely where we differ.

The secret is quietly simple: your suit must fit right. But what does the "right fit" truly mean? How is it achieved? That is precisely what the Gulati Bespoke Style Guide is designed to reveal — followed meticulously so that every suit we craft is a faithful reflection of your body, your lifestyle and your personality.

Shoulders

The shoulder seam should rest exactly where your shoulder ends — never collapsing inward, never extending past the bone. The seam dictates the silhouette of the entire jacket.

Chapter One

The Experience

  • Welcome to the world of online custom clothing. Navigating measurements and customisation can feel a touch unfamiliar at first — you are not alone. Our concierge team is at hand throughout the journey, ready to guide you whenever a question arises.
  • Indeed — and we would love to meet you. If you live in or are passing through Bangkok, you are warmly welcome to arrange an in-person appointment at our Nana atelier. Arrange a visit.
  • We ship to most countries in the world. If yours does not appear at checkout, write to us — we are continually expanding our list and would be glad to alert you the moment it becomes available.

Chapter Two

The Fit

  • For a more contemporary silhouette, our Slim Fit or Tailored Fit will suit most gentlemen beautifully. For a more classic line, the Standard Fit remains timeless. Uncertain? Write to us — we will gladly advise.
  • Taking your own measurements may seem daunting, yet with a friend's hand and our filmed guides, it becomes both simple and rather enjoyable. Every set you submit is reviewed by our master cutters — should anything appear amiss, we will reach out before a single thread is cut.
  • Yes — absolutely. At Gulati Bespoke, we can replicate the fit of any existing suit you already own.

Option I · Bring Your Suit to the Atelier

If you are in Bangkok, simply bring your suit to our showroom. Our master tailors will study its cut, proportions and drape, then take detailed measurements to replicate — and refine — the fit to your liking.

Option II · Ship It to Us

If you are ordering remotely, you may send your existing suit to our address. We will measure every dimension, note your preferred taper, shoulder width and sleeve length, and refine the fit should you wish a cleaner, sharper or roomier silhouette. Once complete, your exact fit profile is stored for every future order.

    Enhancing the Fit

We can also fine-tune or modernise the pattern — preserving its comfort while refining details such as shoulder slope, lapel width or trouser taper for a more contemporary line.

  • Of course. So long as we hold your measurements, we will craft something both elegant and supremely comfortable — regardless of size. That is the very beauty of bespoke.
  • Do not worry. Simply write to us with the concern, share a few photographs, and we will offer an objective second opinion on the fit. When you look your best, so do we — we are very much on the same team, and we will see your bespoke through to your full delight.
