All orders are subject to acceptance by Gulati Bespoke. An order is confirmed once payment has been received and your measurements and specifications have been agreed. Because each garment is cut to a personal pattern, an order cannot be cancelled once cutting has begun.

Prices displayed on this website are indicative starting prices and exclude shipping, handling, duties and local taxes. Final pricing depends on the cloth, the construction and the detailing you select, and is confirmed before production. Card details submitted for an order are used once and are not stored in our database.

Where you supply your own measurements, they are taken to be accurate and the garment will be cut accordingly. We recommend using the official Gulati measurement forms, or being measured at the atelier. Garments cut to incorrectly supplied measurements are not treated as defective.

In-store suit commissions normally involve two fittings over a minimum of three days. Online suit orders ship within 7–10 days of payment, and shirts within 7 days. Delivery timelines quoted are estimates and may be affected by cloth availability, customs and carrier delays. Shipping is charged by weight and settled by the client or the receiver.

First-order alterations are complimentary in-house for clients in Thailand within 60 days of delivery. Minor alterations for clients abroad are encouraged locally, at the customer's cost. All adjustments are recorded to your fit profile for future commissions.

Bespoke garments are made to individual measurements and are not refundable except where damaged on receipt, made incorrectly, or missing from an order. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

All content on this website — text, photography, patterns, designs and marks — is the property of Gulati Bespoke and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in respect of any garment is limited to the value of that garment. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss arising from delays outside our control.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
